We want everyone to be happy with our products and to feel good about Saving The Pond.
If an item does not meet with your approval due to quality or damaged in shipment, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund your purchase price less shipping and handling costs. Just Email returns@savethepond.com. if you have questions about our policies or how to handle returns. Refunds or returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling for the first item ordered is $5.95. Each additional item (up to six more is $1.95 ea.)

Discounts are available - After you order 7 items or more, there are no "extra" additional item charges. If you have ordered 6 or 7 items you might consider ordering more items as there will be no further shipping charges after the 7th item. For example, if you order 25 items, you pay shipping on the first seven. The other 18 products would have no shipping charges.

Sales Tax applies to Florida residents only.

Once an item has been ordered it will ship in 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional time during holidays.
